Buying a home could be one of the biggest purchases/sales/or investments of you life, and you shouldn't trust anyone but the best. I ended up working with Anne, Monica, Lacey and the rest of the team because of their sterling reputation, and they did not disappoint. As a busy professional, they helped me review every detail of my purchase and made sure that no stone was left unturned. Their expertise and process saved me time, money and most of all stress in what can be a very stressful process. We started our home search casually looking without an agent and visiting open houses to get an idea for the area and types of homes we were interested in. We met Monica Carr a couple times, who was the seller’s agent at a couple of the open houses we looked in on. She was so knowledgeable about the home and had such a great understanding of the market and after chatting for a while, it was obvious she really knew her stuff and we were really impressed with the way she presented herself, spoke to other visitors, and – importantly – wasn’t pushy with her communication. We asked if she was willing to work with buyers and she immediately sent us to her buyer’s agent, Anne who was holding another open house at one of their homes. Let me tell you, Anne is AMAZING. From our first conversation with her, she was warm, listened to our needs and immediately had some ideas. She said she’d send us some listings she had in mind for us, and sure enough, a couple days later, she sent us some homes that matched features we told her were important during the early stages of our search. From the start of our serious home search, we worked with Anne for about 5 months, and she tirelessly sent us listings for homes that she thought we’d like. She never sent us a home just because it was a new listing, but only those that she believed met our needs. She also was sure to stay within a reasonable range of our max price, and only suggested looking at a couple homes that were slightly outside our price range if they were really compelling. My husband and I have a LOT of questions, and we do a lot of research. And every time we toured a home, and something wasn’t quite right, she was always happy to move on and find us the right home. She took our feedback from the homes that didn’t work, and found something new that met those new expectations. We didn’t want to come across as too picky and she ALWAYS encouraged us to be as particular as we needed to be, while also giving us advice on what we were likely to find in our price range and desired neighborhoods. When she finally found our perfect home, Anne flawlessly and professionally executed our offer and the transaction and answered question after question during the whole escrow process. Even questions that we probably should have been asking others. She was always so responsive and so helpful, she was truly a godsend to us during the entire process. We were lucky to work with her team as well, including Lacey and Anna, and the entire team is simply wonderful. We cannot recommend Anne, Monica, Lacey, Anna and the entire team enough, and have zero doubt we’ll use them again when it’s time to sell and buy our next home.
